Questions Developers Ask Before Ordering
What does Google actually require?
12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days on your closed track, for personal developer accounts created after Nov 13, 2023. Then you apply for production access.
Is paying for testers against Google’s rules?
No — Google doesn’t restrict how you recruit testers. What’s banned is fake engagement: bots, emulators, duplicate accounts. We use real people on real devices.
What do you need from me?
Just your Play Console closed-testing opt-in link. No passwords, no account access, no source code.
How fast do testers start?
Most campaigns have testers installing within ~6 hours of your order.
What if a tester drops out?
We monitor daily and replace inactive testers automatically. Our buffer tiers keep you above 12 testers, so the clock never resets.
What if Google rejects my production access?
If it’s a tester-engagement issue, you choose a free retest or a full refund. We also help you read the rejection reasons.
Do testers actually use my app?
Yes — daily opens and real usage of your core flows, plus the bug and UX feedback you’ll receive in your report.
Will you help with the production access questionnaire?
Yes — our Momentum and Assured plans include ready-to-adapt answers based on your actual test data.
Is it really one-time?
Yes. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no hidden fees.
How do I pay?
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange secure payment for your plan. Online card checkout is coming soon.
Does my app need to target Android 16 (API 36)?
Since August 31, 2026, Google Play requires new apps and updates to target API 36 (Android 16). A one-time extension to November 1 is available via a request form in Play Console. Make sure your build meets this
What happens if a tester leaves during the 14 days?
We watch your tester count every day and replace anyone who drops out, so you stay at 12. This matters because if your count dips below 12, Google may reset the 14-day clock.
Does Google count installs or opt-ins?
Google counts opt-in status, not installs. A tester who uninstalls your app still counts toward the 12. A tester only stops counting if they leave the test program or are removed from the list.
Do your testers actually use my app, or just opt in?
They actually use it. Even with all 12 correctly opted in, Google can deny production access with a “testers were not engaged” decision if the app is never opened. Our testers use your app daily — real engagement, not just a headcount.
